This LIGHTtalk: Careers in Photonics is organized by the Institute of Physics Scotland on 29 October to be held in Glasgow.

This event will be focussed on careers in light. It will hightlight the wide variety of career options available with a photonics background, as well as how people from other disciplines, such as biology, use photonics and light in their work.

There will be a keynote on the impact from photonics, followed by a short film and then short talks from a range of speakers in different roles within academia and industry.
